I thought I'd share that I have just bought Julia Donaldson's Collection of 10 books for £9.99 on The Book People. That's less than a £1 a book. Makes a lovely and CHEAP Christmas/birthday present for my mindees (I have 18 on my books so the thought of Christmas was freaking me out a bit). The set is worth £64.90.

For the older ones I bought Horrible Histories.

Have a look and buy quick before the offer finishes.

we have most of these already...but our fave is Chocolate Moose for greedy Goose. My 2.5yr old LO loves this-its his fave book!

One of my mums is a primary teacher and she has borrowed this book for reception as she says its a very well written book.(she did say it was something which sounded educationally worded by i cant remember what it was -sounded very important)

Many of you probably already know this, but Book People do a concessionary postage rate for childminders. It requires you to post your order and a photocopy of your reg certificate once. After that, they change your account so the rate is applied every time.

Might be useful when there isn't a free P&P code doing the rounds.

If you can get to Costco (and have or know someone with a membership) they have these at the same price, and some other sets too, they have them all year round so if you miss this offer try there.
