My pre-reg friend is also offering babysitting services, which is going well. She's had an enquiry today (actually it was my enquiry that I passed on to her as I couldn't do it) - a lady wanting one day only and for only one hour on that day. Am I right in thinking that will come under babysitting as it's less than 2 hours? Also, how does she stand with paperwork for that child - would she need a contract etc? And where would she stand on insurance? Shes got the last part of her CM course tomorrow, so hasn't had her pre-reg Ofsted inspection or got her certificate or any of that yet.
I've never done babysitting so I'm unsure how to answer her questions, so I told her I'd ask you clever lot.... x
