Hi I took on a temp afterschoolie (don't normally do) as Mum was desperate. I get on with Mum, but communication is an issue......never returns any emails asking specific questions etc....The first week came on Weds and said don't need you tomorrow as afterschool club now have a place......fine with me as still
get paid as put 2 wk notice for changes.
Then last week came and said think I WON'T need you weds next week....I told her to double check as invoice is due and obviously won't charge if you don't need me. 1st was yesterday issued two invoices one with wednesdays added/not added......but no money!! I have left a message,texts emails not really about money just would like to know if she needs me Wednesday as hubby has a minor op and may need picking up from hospital........I never see her other than pick up times....any tips as never had an issue with people not paying on time.....even if it is only a day!
