Hi guys,

Just wondering if someone knows about grant for startup a business?

I just started childminding and unfortunately my husband has lost his job :(

How can apply for the grant and will i have to return it back??

Any advice is more than welcome

Unfortunately there are not many grants available nowadays for registering childminders I am afraid.

The best people to ask are your local authority childminding coordinators / support workers.

in cumbria there are grants available for new businesses ..not specifically childminders.you need a business plan though .im sure you get info from your local job center.worth getting if you can as upto £1000 in my area

I have been trying to find available grants in edinburgh but they are not available anymore :(
