Do you have to send reciepts to them? I often buy the Milk at Asda and also buy toys on same reciept so need to keep reciept for accounts. I always forget to put milk through checkout first.

Wonder if they will back date this to last September?

Yes Annie, that's right you can claim back the costs and it's worth doing.

Kerry - you just need to keep one receipt until your claim has been processed, to prove what you paid, just in case they ask, but they never have in all the years I've been claiming. You don't have to send it to them.

Mum0f4 - on the form it says that claims must be submitted within 2 years, so you probably could claim back to Sept!

Angel - they are supposed to be simplifying the forms in future, so perhaps it will make it easier to claim, you should have a go! :)

You sound like me - I used to claim but gave up years ago when they said one of my claims was too small. It just didn't seem worth the effort!

Sorry Pauline, I know that's not the attitude one should have
