Register for the Mini Pots of Care 2012-13 schools and groups fundraising activity by completing the form below.

Your planting kits will be delivered in September 2012 if you register before August 31, 2012. Schools and groups who register after this date will receive their kits in October 2012.

Registration closes on October 5, 2012.

Thankyou I had the problem with the postcode put a space in between the 6 characters and it was accepted:clapping:
