Another first inspection done!

There seems to be a lot of first inspections happening at the moment, but I had mine today, it went so well, the inspector was lovely and the children behaved..!
I got a good, which I am so happy about, I nearly cried when she told me - good job I didnt!

Wow, well done you :thumbsup: Can you give us any feedback.....how long was she there, did she focus on paperwork or just observing you? Any help you can give us will be very welcome I'm sure! ;)

I'll come on properly this evening and answer any OFSTED type questions if anyone has any, naptime is nearly over! She was here about 2.5hrs, was not interested very much in paperwork, she checked I had a mobile phone/camera policy. She observed me loads, said I should have a natural materials type box, so will be getting one of them.
She asked me a few questions on the new EYFS, but she laughed that when I asked her some questions, she didnt know herself :rolleyes:
