im in the process of coverting all my policies to PDF so i can email them to parents without them being able to edit them

if i need to do any alterations myself to the PDF files how do i do this??

You can't usually alter pdf unless you have specialist pdf software.

I keep everything in word format as well, replacing the pdf versions when I make changes to the original word documents :D

If you have deleted some of the Word/Excel originals already, there is a Website called www.Zamzar.com that you can change it from a PDF back into the original file type.

However the documents aren't quite the same and you may need to rejig them a bit, but it woud save you having to start from scratch.

Like Sarah, I just keep the original word document and then re-save as PDF if ever I make any changes.
