waiting for certificate

A parent wants to start on monday but i am still waiting for my certificate, ofsted said i can see if my ey number is active over the weekend online on ofsted site but i cant find where to put my ey number in? she said if its active i can work???? but iv been told by my co ordinator i can't till i have the certificate i have delayed her once already! ofsted have been so slow, the inspector failed to note she had seen proof that i attended the kirklees course i have since e mailed them a copy of my certificate they have received it siad its all ready to post. They didn't ring me to say why hadn't posted it so if you loike me are waiting don't wait too long phone and ask if its been posted out! does anyone no where to look on ofsted site to see if my ey number is active?

Best phone OFSTED they will advice you right And also mention about the situation and its URGENT!!!! PARENT want to go back to work hope you recieve your certificate soon.
