Scottish Slimmers

Hi,

I too am slimming!! Going to Florida in November and want to wear a bikini (something not considered for 12 years, especially since having two children). Tonight is my home weigh in for week three, I lost 4lbs over the last two weeks, hope some more comes off.
I'm using the scottish slimmers diet which is really easy, they have a website if you are interested. Here looking forward to losing the rest of the 12lbs!! Good luck everyone, I'll post how I did in the morning, now there's an incentive to lose each week.

:update: True to my word, the results of tonights weigh in........ I lost 1lb, so that's 5lbs in 3 weeks which I am quite happy with.
:phew: Thank goodness I didn't have to say I hadn't lost. Another 1lb closer to that bikini!!

Thanks everyone,

Had a really bad day yesterday, see my post in the chat room (can you beat my bad day - or something like that!!), and then went out and had a Burger King meal :blush: . So for the rest of the week I have to be really, really good.:littleangel:
