Checklist???

I'm sure I saw a checklist somewhere for making sure I am ready for my pre reg visit, but I can't find it now :panic:

I am mostly sorted papework wise I thin but the list included the ther bits and bobs too like getting the house ready.

Anyone seen a checklist like this??
