working with another childminder

I work along side my aunt who is also a registered childminder.
Recently we have been working a lot more at each others houses. One of my mindees has started at pre school and needs picking up at 11.40.
My question is can i leave my mindees (whom are normally sleeping so im reluctant to wakwe unless i need to) with parents permission with my aunt? Do i need to inform OFSTED and us each register to work at each others house?

Not sure myself, but it might be better to email/phone Ofsted and ask direct.

Depends on the ratio your aunt who are working with, best to seek advice from ofsted and parents and get it on the paper with signature.:)
