Light double buggy for keeping in the car?

Good evening!
SO - I'm looking for a good light, easy to get up and down double buggy to keep in the car? Any ideas?

I will soon be doing the school run using the car, with 3 under 3 years old. A one year old, and 2 x two year olds. The two year olds are capable of walking alongside the buggy, but one is a bit of a handful when walking, so I'd rather keep this one in the buggy with the one year old.

I have a P&T E3, but find it heavy to lift in and out of the car and fiddly to adapt to being a double in a rush.

I looked at this one, it looks fab for the school run. The only thing is where to get a framed rain cover. Do you have one? and if so, where did you get it?!!
