I was in the 99p store earlier and they've got 5kg bags of sand, all different colours for...you guessed it...99p :)

Just thought I'd share

Literally, ''the 99p store'' :)

I neeeeed more sand, someone 'ahem' left the cover of the sandpit off overnight and the whole thing is a bog now.

Just out of interest though, what do people do with their used sand?? I haven't the space to bury/dump it in the garden. How to dispose of it....?

LOL, thanks - thought it might be something that obvious!

Afraid I put my used sand in the dustbin

I dig used sand into parts of my allotment where the drainage needs to be improved. But I'd be reluctant to dig in coloured sand until I knew what they coloured it with.

Our sand table is on the deck so I have been sweeping it between the deckboards thus far, but at this rate the deck will be three feet off the ground by next year :D

Might try the bin :)
