Setting up for pre-reg visit

Ive completed the childminding course, set up my childminding rooms and risk assessed them and have written my policies and procedures but I was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me what the mandatory policies and procedures are so I can double check before I ring OFSTED for my pre-reg visit and also do I have to do a risk assessment for each trip? and should my liability insurance be in place before they come? Very nervous as I dont know what to expect on the visit.
