I had no idea but with Elizabeth Truss's latest appointment I would have thought it was more important than ever to keep it going.

I did wonder if that was the reason why!!! Just seemed rather convenient !! Unless there was a time limit- can't remember when it started but suppose 1st Sept could have been the official cut off point
