Does anyone have that they can have 2 under 1s on their certificate?

I called ofsted when I had my own baby for a variation to have 2 under 1s for continuity of care. I was told it would now stay on my certifcate. It isn't with my variation where it states only until the child is in the setting or reaches 5, its with my numbers I'm allowed.
So.....does this mean I can have 2 under 1s? The baby it was for originally is now 1, but have been asked to have another under 1 as a new child. I wouldn't be going over my 3 under 5s.
Just wanted to know peoples thoughts please and also whether anyone else has on their certificate the same.
Thank you

2 under 1 will no longer be stated on certificates under the revised Eyfs.

If you want to care for 2 under 1 you will need to follow the new requirements and the Ofsted guidance document.

It will only allowed for continuity of care and in exceptional circumstances.

Good question!

You have to decide if it is exceptional... and if you get it wrong and ofsted find out you are in trouble!:D
