Sorry in advance, I know there has been a few of these but am really confused!

Pre Sep 12 I would have phoned Ofsted and got a yes or no but now I'm not too sure.

On a Tuesday I already mind a 15 month old and a 3 year old (who attends a school nursery 9-12)

I have had an enquiry for an 18 month old and a 3 year old sibling (who will be attending the same school nursery, same school hours as my other 3 year old)

So the overlap of having 4 would be a maximum of 4 and a half hours one day a week.

The mum is struggling to find someone to have both of her children as there are only a few of us who do the nursery pick up and none of us have 2 EY spaces.

Is there anyway this would be allowed?

Thanks

Is it exceptional circumstances? Is it for continuity of care? Is it in the best interests of all the children?

Those are the questions you must answer before writing the risk assessment and approaching all the parents.
