Unexpected day off next week

I have unexpected day off on Monday as LO's big sister is moving away in a few weeks and wants to spend the day with her.

It will be nice to spend the day with my DS on our own as apart from our weeks holiday, I have worked all through the hols.

Asked him what he wanted to do, happy to do a train trip somewhere or go to the beach if the weather is good. No he wants to do the crafty stuff that we bought and not got round to doing. So will organise a nice lunch for us and do that, less hassle than packing up and a day trip out. :laughing:

how lovely. Enjoy it. I have an unexpected day off tomorrow now which is lovely as DD goes back to school next week, so we have a couple of days to do fun things now (like shoe and uniform shopping!!) ha x

I have just been told sibling mindees will be on hols the week after next so I will have 2 days off :thumbsup: 2 days of lie ins mmmmmmm fab :D
