Sharing information

Sorry, I seem to be asking lots of Qs today :blush:

What do you all do regarding sharing info with other settings? Do you write a letter explaining what you intend to do/get them to sign? Or do you send in the LJs and ask them to comment/sign these? Or do you speak to them verbally...?

I introduce myself with a letter... follow it up with a phone call... write again when they ignore me... send in my newsletter which says what we are doing and ask for a copy of theirs... write again with some more info and ask again how they want to share with me... approach the boss of the place if the key worker is ignoring me...

We can only do our best and document the steps we have taken to involve them :D
