Ten (long) weeks of going to the gym 3 x a week and eating sensibly (well most of the time) and I've lost 1 stone 1pound - yippee
I'm so pleased I'm going out to celebrate tonight :laughing: :laughing: :laughing:

Well done, enjoy your celebration. I got my stone award at class this week and so did my friend, her dh got her a congratulations card with £100.00 in it. I told my dh this and he went out to get me something nice:) He came back with a morrisons the best apple pie and custard!!!! MEN!:)
