Dried Food

Hi all
Please can you advise what dried foods are toxious if not cooked?

I know Kidney beans are, but what else please?

I want to get some dried lentils etc in but want to ensure it is as safe as possible. I will obviously monitor the LO's but Id rather be as safe as possible,
