I still get butterflies after 21 years!
Try to relax and pretend to be confident.... they are certainly just as nervous meeting you for the first time.
Over the years I have made many great relationships with parents..... and had a few where it's been purely a working relationship.

Well done, I always get nervous. I start pacing and moving things round to keep busy :)

So much so that my hands get clammy, then when they hand baby over I'm so conscious of them which makes me worse :laughing:
