What to charge for 6 days 15 miles a day for petrol,

we can't charge for petrol as that makes us a taxi :)

the only way i can see of doing it is that you need to work out how much it will cost you and i would then add it to the number of hours child attends and then work out a fee per hour. this is then what you charge.

ie - petrol will cost £5 for each 15mile trip - so £30 for 6 days
child attends for 30 hrs a week - hourly fee is £4/hr so £120 for week
£120 + £30 = £150 £150/30hrs = £5.00 hr fees.

Yes I agree with the above this is what I do but do remember to take into consideration the time you need to leave the house for the journey , well this is what I do and charge from when I leave home. hth :)

I would charge from when I left home until when I got back at a higher hourly rate than normal.

Is it just for 6 days? if so I would work out my cost based on .45p and put it in my invoice as additional fees - no mention of mileage or petrol
