I'm all questions at the moment, I am sorry!

This one's a little personal - sorry again

How much (ish) would you spend on a birthday present for a mindee?

No idea but for school friends we limit it to £5 because once you add the wrap and the card it adds up.

I look round through the year and buy bargains when I see them...

I try to spend about £5 including wrap, then get my dd to make a card ... or our local Sunday market has a card stall where they are great quality and amazingly cheap!:D

I do this too - usually spend no more than £5.00 but then if I get things in the sale they are sometimes worth twice as much :D

I spend about £10.00, but I have a friend who spends a days fees for the child, i.e full day £25.00, before & after schooler £13.50!! She is a bit too kind!!

In saying that one of my mindees parents are getting married and I have just spent £25.00 on them and £15.00 on their dd (my mindee) and I never even got an invite!!! :)

June and I try to keep it to £5 or so, but we also look out for bargins that we can put away to use throughout the year for example we bought some of the childrens presents in the sales after christmas. :clapping: Sometimes i think it seems a bit mean but if you have got a few children on your books with christmas, birthdays, easter etc, it soon mounts up!
