rising 5.

Hi,
I have a parent who has asked me if I can help her friend with childcare for 3 days this month, on two of those days I already have a 2yr old, a nearly 2yr old and my daughter turns 4 the weekend after, she starts full time school in September but I'm asuming as she will be a few days off 4 years old and hasn't actually started full time she won't be a rising 5 yet? Am I right?

No I am afraid she won't be considered a 'rising 5' yet as she is not in full time school
