Teetha

Hi,

Had a baby start today and his mum said that in the bag is some teetha which i can give him if he is teething.

Would I get the mum to sign a medicine form for this and could I get her to sign one that will last or would she have to sign one everyday?

I use the NCMA medication forms and for any teething preparation I get parents to sign to give me permission to give as and when necessary, so only one form but then record and inform parents when I've given and get them to initial.
