It is on my pilot inspection experience and links to Ofsted's evaluation document out last week.

I am always surprised when people actually ask me to write something or comment positively on something that I have written - because writing and reading are not easy for me - and it takes me ages to produce even a few lines!

So it means a lot when others acknowledge my 'stuff'
