logging in to childcare.co.uk tonight

is anyone else having problems logging in? it wont recognise my password so I hit the forgotten password button, copied and pasted the pasword they send me and it still wont log me in, its really annoying my now cause I have a message from a potential parent, I have emailed them but no reply but of course it is rather late in the evening .

I'm glad it's not just me!!

I updated my profile and logged out. Went to log in and couldn't. Did the same as you, hit the forgotten password and even putting the new password in wouldn't work, then got locked out for 10minutes because I'd tried too many times.

It's happened twice now, gggrrrr!!

I found childcare.co.uk was not recognising my username and password.:(
It may have been an upper case lower case thing? :blush:

I reset my password - still not working. :mad:

Then it sent a 2nd email saying it had reset my password a 2nd time (perhaps I "double-clicked" instead of single clicked?) and when I logged in with the 2nd password it sent me then it worked. :clapping:

Problem with me or the web site? I'm not sure :idea:
