Childcare.co.uk and no profile?

I have had this a few times lately. I get someone look at my profile a good few time at least 4 or 5 times and when I get on to look back at their profile it says

"This member has chosen to not yet complete their profile. Please try again later." I wait and check, but they never seem to get a profile? How am I supposed to know if I can help or not? Is there a reason for this, has anyone else had this??

Also when they do have a visable profile, it says...

...NOTHING AT ALL!!!!!

it usually means that they are either in a queue to be 'moderated' before being put on the site, or, they have started the registration process and have not completed it!

i know, its really annoying!

it is frustrating but the ones whose profiles are live but have no information I usual email them saying I have spaces and if they email their requirments i will see if i can help
