I wondered if theres were any anti dereg supporters in David Cameron's consitituency please?
I was advised today from a source I consider to be reputable that all of the deregulation stuff started from a childminder who was a constituent in Cameron's area. I understand that his complaint that he was going to quite childminding because the paperwork and beaurocracy was too great was the trigger for the potential changes.
In order to offset that we need in reasonable numbers childminders in Cameron's constituency writing to him advising that they do not feel this way - if indeed they do.

I wonder if this is the letter you've heard about? This lady is from Oxfordshire.

No I understand it was a male childminder who may or may not have been already known to cameron in a more 'i'm your buddy' capacity.
