Right I have had a few issues this last week: 1) cancelling contract, 2) school losing it with me as pick up from there 2nd and telling me they can not let children wait outside the office for 10 minutes! 3) parent of said children not getting back to me etc etc. (it is all a long story)
Anyway Wendywoo has very kindly offered to fetch my mindee (with the canceled contract) and walk him back to her house by which point I should almost be there to pick him up (he cannot be left anywhere as has adhd) after picking up from the other school who had complained. Not only has she offered to do this, she has refused any payment I have offered and has also been hugely supportive over the last few days when I have been stressing about cancelling a contract and possibly losing the contract that covered the one I have cancelled.

All this and I only met her when we did our ICP and only really started to get to know her since December 07.
