Hi, No doubt this has been asked many a time but I'm after new ideas. I want to get a storage system as currently use boxes and toy box ect for one area. I do not have a toy room so everything is in my living room so as much as I have been looking at Trofast I am thinking that wicker baskets maybe nice and look better when the kids aren't here. Has anyone found any that will be stronge enough? I saw some at the Range I loved but did not think the baskets will last. I also liked how Trofast has different size boxes as I like to section bit!
Thanks

keep an eye on ebay - I've just bought some huge wicker baskets on there with local collection.

Thanks, I would like them all in a unit though. I have one from Argos that has small areas and I have 3 baskets for that but they are great for tiny things like animals, cars ect, I want something for the more bulky bits and small bits x

What about Ikea expidit (think that's the name) range, you can get wicker baskets to fit in that and it's nicer looking than the trofast if you want it in your lounge

I agree and would recommend this. I have the 16 space Expedit storage wall thing. I can get virtually everything in it and then the play room looks really really tidy. There is also loads of choice as to what storage baskets / boxes you can fit in it as well.

Hi i've got expedit and have cupboards and pull out plastic storage boxes, looks nice and tidy. Think you can get wicker boxes.

I thought Ikea had a different range, I will go and have a look.

I have expedit and the knipsa (I think) baskets to go with it - made from seagrass and I can turn them around to hide the labels when i want to! the baskets are more expensive now than when I bought mine (£14 each I think) but they have lasted really well, four years now and I'd buy them again - I like the natural look too!

I have lots of this style and so far lasted 6+ years and still going strong! I have zipped boxes as my cat likes to use wicker as a scratching post:rolleyes:
