Hi everyone
Well I've had what I would call my first proper enquiry that I can do something about:clapping:
Mum wants me to have her 2 girls - a 4 year old and a 6 year old. It will be only part-time but I'm keen to take it as its better than no money at all and hopefully, provided all is sorted by the powers that be, I will be able to take on a full-time under 5 in September which is only 2 and a half months away.
Anyway mum is coming to see me at 10am on Monday, minus the girls as they will be at school and preschool.
Obviously we will discuss hours, fees, etc. but what other stuff would you have ready? I have a welcome pack and introductory newsletter for her and my policy pack is ready for her to look at.
Would you have anything else for her to see?
I feel more nervous about this than when Ofsted came to do the pre-reg!
