Hello im new to all this... currently going through the registration process and have had my first enquiry... just need to double check about numbers and ages.. i have a one year old and a three year old of my own .. i know i can only have one more under 5.. a lady has enquired about me minding her 4 year old from sept after school .. would this prevent me from being able to take on a full time under 5? technically would i have too many under 5's....

Once her child is at school full time she will be counted in your over-5 numbers.

But check it is FULL time school- that is 5 full days a week. Any less and it is not classed as full time school. Many reception classes do part time for the first weeks or even months.
