I have been childminding for 3 years today :clapping: and I wouldn't change a thing I love my job:blush:

Yes and no. When I think back to my first Ofsted visit it seems like two minutes ago, but when I think about what I have achieved and done with all the mindees it seems like ages.
We have cared for so many different children in the past 3 years and I have certainly learnt a lot, mostly from this forum:laughing:

It's great you're still enjoying it so much too.
We should have cake for your Childminding Birthday - we could probably have cake every day of the week, with so many members there's bound to be a Childminding Birthday every day!!! :laughing:
