has anyone orderd off here before??

I orderd 2 tshirts and a fleece the beginning of may (emailed them a few weeks ago and got a email back saying they should be done by the end of the week - bank hol weekend)

still not recived them so emailed again on wenesday and again yesterday but still not got a response :(

Was very excited to get them as they look fab on the website

Bare with her as I have ordered loads and never had a problem, it probably is a blip coz of Bank Holiday weekend.

Hopefully you'll have your items very soon and will be extremely happy with them :thumbsup:

I have had some flourcent waist coats for the children off there and shes great, very proffesional looking and no problems with postage etc, must be the lovley royal mail and the bank holidays!!

Royal Mail are trying to sort out a backlog they have with the double bank holiday so everything is held up. Well thats what we've been told when chasing up 3 different deliveries today.

Yes had a fleece and t-shirts which have lasted so well (fleece now 2yrs old and still going!)

I've got the same problem. I placed and paid for my order on 13th January 2012 and after waiting weeks for the order to arrive I decided to email them. My order had apparently been sent but I didn't receive it so they were going to make the order again and send it to me. I still haven't received anything. I have emailed a few times but haven't received a reply.

I waited over a month for my order, so it seems things arent sent very quickly. Hope you sort it soon.

We have had great products and service in the past. However I know someone else mentioned on here before about problems and Amaranth said she had been unwell. Not sure whether she is still experiencing health problems. However give the bank hoiday post time to settle down and then maybe contact her again.

Carole said the same thing to me, she was unexpectedly rushed into hospital but was home and recovering but that was in February. I hope she's okay.

Hi, Sorry to anyone who has been waiting for me to get back to them. Orders are taking longer than normal at the moment to get done. I am still not feeling 100% better but a lot better than I was, some days are better than others and I am getting things done as quick as possible. My embroidery business is just little old me, so if I am unwell there is nobody else to take over which is why things have got so far behind :(
