I'm trying to teach the children numbers and was wondering if anyone has a link to a good site where I can download number activities.

I was looking specifically for flashcards or similar with a number on it but also pictures that correspond with it such as "1 elephant, 2 teddies" etc.

Not sure if that makes sense but hopefully someone will understand me.

Thanks.

Yes, I've got a couple of things off there but not the corresponding pictures to numbers that I want.

I asked the same question a while back and someone suggested a site where I found exactly what you are talking about. I cant find the thread now:angry: . But will see if I can find it before someone suggests it.

Find pictures of what they like in the Argos catalogue and get the to cut it out...

make up a simple table with 2 sides... on one side stick the relevant number of pictures...

On the other side write... '2', 'two' and put 2 dots...

We do this for almost every theme we follow - I put our finished work of art on the noticeboard and find they come back to it to count and look at the pictures :D
