Supermarket vouchers

Didn't want to hijack the other thread, but its just made me realise we can claim supermarket vouchers - which are the best ones? Do you get enough from say 3/4 sets of parents to get anything good?
I think I've missed out the tesco ones, are there any good ones coming up I should get registered for?
