Variation

Hi everyone
I was wondering if you think I will get a variation granted
I currently have a 22 month old son and a 16 month old minded
I have had an enquiry for a 1 year old and a 3 year old siblings
The 16 month old that I have comes 2 days a week for 6 hours each day but the days and times vary widely
The 1 and 3 year old are wanting to come from 2:50 to 6:40 Monday to Friday
Some weeks these will overlap and some weeks they won't so I have to apply for a variation to see if I can take on the new children
I was just wondering what you think the chances are it will be accepted?
The 3 year old will be starting school in September (not full time just in the morning) not sure if that makes any difference due to the times I am having them anyway

It won't hurt to ask but as its for new business and not for continuity of care I think the chances are v slim! Variations are usually only grated for current mindees or their siblings for continuity of care reasons.

It's worth a try, as they are not going to overlap very often, but as its new business not too sure, good luck:)
