hi wot is wrap around care please iv heard people say it but wot is it

It's when you look after a child before and after school only.

Sometimes you might have them in the holidays as well but in term time they only come before and after the school day.

thanks lv most of mine are before and after school so do i still have 2 do learning journey and stuff like that lv

It is a requirement of the current EYFS that we observe, assess and plan for all children up to them starting year 1.

It will only be a little Learning Journey though! Just a few photos and the child's pictures and artwork etc.

However when the new EYFS comes in - on 1st September - we won't have to do it any more. The rules change and we will need to show evidence we have spoken to parents about what we do with them to complement their time at school.
