I am ploughing through my self-assessment and just wondering how rigid people are being when responding to the specified examples, or whether they also include more details ??

For example :
Ambience and Atmosphere
Please tell us ... how you ensure that ... For example the degree to which :
• People using your service feel stimulated and uplifted by the environment
• People find the environment light, airy, fresh and clean
• The environment helps reinforce a sense of identity and personal value
Please cite evidence and/or give examples

Do we HAVE to respond only in relation to the examples they specify or is this simply guidance and we can use other examples? Hope I'm making sense!

Thanks very much.

They are just examples to give you an idea of what you MIGHT write!. I have answered some of the examples in some sections, in others I haven't. I think they are trying to give a little helping hand to start you off but I write anything and everthing I think is relevant to that section:rolleyes:
