If you pick up a child from pre-school at lunchtime and have them til 5pm...

A
If mum wants you to have them in the holidays for a full day, do you charge a retainer for the mornings during term time, and if so how much (50% / 100% etc)?

and

B
If mum doesn't want you to have them during holidays, do you charge a retainer for the afternoon space during the holidays, and if so how much?

I sell my places in minimum 6 hour days so I'd charge at least 6 hours, if I take them and collect I charge whilst at preschool.
I have one term time spac available no charge in holidays all other spaces are year round only and I'd charge as normal for holidays

I collect one from pre-school lunchtime, I just charge from when I set off to collect till she goes home so 11:30-5:30pm.

If a parent wants all year round care and during holidays requires full day and during term half day - then I would charge 50% retainer for space in term time.

If parent want term time afternoon only then in holidays I would charge 1/2 fee retainer for those afternoon hours.
