No show parents

Afternoon all,

Quick question- when you have prospective new parents arrange a face to face meeting and they don't show up, do you call them or do you just leave it and assume they are no longer interested??

I'm on my 5th as of today since Feb and never sure wherever to bother calling to find out why or not!

I always make sure I have a contact phone number and try to text or call the day before to make sure they are still coming. Sometimes they say they won't be (usually, oh sorry, I was going to let you know, but I lost your number :rolleyes:), other times they've obviously forgotten, but others confirm they are still coming along. It saves me waiting in unnecessarily.

If I have a number I ring to ask if they forgot - it does happen.

it stops me keeping my hopes up as well.

I normally give a text the day before just saying "i am just confirming the time for your visit tomorrow,if there is any changes please contact me "
