I am not 100% sure yet but may be considering applying for a short-term variation from September to December 2012 to allow me to have 4 under 5s. I currently have 2 under 18 months and a new family have approached me asking if I can have their twin girls (3 yrs) for one day a week too but the four children will only overlap for a couple of hours each day because of Playgroup (not definite yet). Could someone please point me in the right direction on the CSSIW website for the relevant forms or do we just write to our Inspector?
Thanks :)

I'm not sure they will aloow you as it is new business and they usually only allow for continuity of care.

sayign that i have to put in a variance form in now as with the new standards and them reverting back to 4 yo classing as 5 my cert needs to change so she told me to put in a form.

I'm sure i have it and will post you a link, other than that search in the cssiw folder for a variance form

You will have to make a really strong case for applying for a variation for new business. Are you the only one locally who can fit them in? CSSIW are usually REALLY strict with this one but if you don't ask you don't get:D
