View Full Version : I'm here again (honestly after next week I'll calm down a bit!)

During an inspection does the inspector need to see all documents signed by the parents, ie permissions etc? I was going to leave out a copy of the new starter pack that I have, which contains blank permission forms, then I realised they may want to see the completed ones to prove I get them signed! Obviously the completed ones are full of personal data about the family!

The inspector can view any information they need to make sure you are working legally.

However normally they would just look at the blank paperwork... but if they ask for anything extra you have to provide it for them.

You'll be fine! :D

Thank you. Again! I will have it handy, would just rather not flaunt families personal info about!

Thanks again Sarah:)

I've always asked them first if I'm allowed to show them as my files are confidential! I know they are ofsted inspectors but it never hurts to ask!:D
