Does a contract still need to be filled out for ad-hoc care?

Thanks

You would be best to complete one really. I have a little girl with a contract for adhoc care - no retainer payable etc and I just make it clear on the paperwork. I have worked without one in the past with no problem but I think its good practice to have a document which agrees your fees and the times that they think they will need you.

I have one for an ad hoc child. If nothing else it agrees fees and pay dates, and how much notice you are both happy with for the times they will want.

Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it (I apply this to everything, including shopping lol!)

Yes as the contract covers so much more than just hours and fees.
