Another childminder shared this recipe with me yesterday and I though I would share it, I have just made them, really easy for the kids to measure out and really yummy, all you use to measure is the yogurt pot:clapping:.

One Miller light yogurt, I used vanilla with blackcherries, toffie is supposed to be nice as well.
Use the pot to measure out 2 pots of self raising flour, 1 pot of caster suger, 1/2 pot of oil, 1 egg. mix together, I put them in the silicone cake shapes, and cook on 180 for about 20mins. they taste a bit like blueberrie muffins.

I have made a loaf cake this way and it is lovely although we used any old make of yogurt:laughing:

Lol yes I guess you could use any make yogurt, just muller light comes in a big pot so makes up to 16 cakes :thumbsup:,
