Hi, please can someone give me some advice - I take a child to school each morning by car - do I claim for mileage to the school and back to home or just the trip to school? I dont have any children during the school hours - just before and after school. Also do you round up the mileage or round it down as a round trip to the school is 1.5miles (not much but every little counts!)? Thank you

I claim for both parts of the journey. Anywhere I go with mindees in the car I claim mileage for.
I tend to log my mileage weekly as its easier than putting it in every day.
returning journey, and round up so 1.5 is 2 miles...{i believe}
