Pre - Reg Visit on Tomorrow

I'm really nervous got my pre reg visit tomorrow, i've made sure that everywhere is really tidy for when she comes, i've put all socket covers in, got door lock shutters on kitchen cupboards at bottom, slow shutters on draws, my dads made stair gates to have in place and done some policies and procedures... is there certain ones they wanna see? plus done my booklet and got some old toys ready.... Is there anything that i've missed???

Relax! You do not need any safety equipment actually in place, you just need to be able to explain how you will keep children safe, depending on their age and the situation (no need for stair gate, for example, if you actually end up caring for a tiny baby or a 9 year old... but you will need to know what you would need IF you had children of whatever age/stage). Make sure you are familiar with the EYFS and can talk through how you will look after areas like safeguarding and inclusion. Good luck with it!
